Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Exquisite accepts return and cancellation requests only if they fully comply with the conditions outlined below. Our goal is to prevent unjustified and unreasonable returns while protecting product integrity and the interests of other customers.

 


Cancellations & Shipping Fees (Georgia)

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours only if they have not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, the original shipping fee becomes non-refundable.

If an order is cancelled after delivery, and the reason for cancellation is not related to product damage, courier error, or product fault, the customer is required to cover the delivery cost of 13 GEL, even if the order originally qualified for free delivery.

 


Returned Item Inspection & Decision Process

All returned items are subject to mandatory inspection upon receipt. Exquisite reserves the full right to inspect the condition of the returned item and make a final decision regarding approval or rejection of the return only after the inspection has been completed.

During the inspection process, the following factors are assessed:

  • Whether the item has been used

  • Whether the original packaging has been opened

  • Whether the hygienic or commercial condition has been compromised

  • Whether the stated reason for return corresponds to an actual defect or damage

If, after analysis, it is determined that:

  • The item has been used, opened, or is no longer in its original condition

  • The return is based solely on the customer’s personal decision and is not related to damage, defect, or courier error

Exquisite reserves the full right to refuse the return and deny a refund.
In such cases, the item will be shipped back to the customer.

 


Return Processing Time & Refunds

Receiving, inspecting, and evaluating returned items requires time.
If the inspection confirms that the item meets all return conditions and qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed within 1–3 business days and issued to the same bank account or payment method used for the original purchase.

If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer.

 


Sale / Outlet Items Return Policy (Final Sale)

Sale (discounted) items are non-returnable.
Discounted products are often last available units, and their purchase removes the opportunity for other customers to acquire the same item. Allowing returns in such cases would create unfair conditions. Therefore, all Sale items are considered final sale.

Customers are strongly advised to review all product details carefully before purchasing, as Sale items are not eligible for return.

 


Outlet Items

The Outlet section includes:

  • Items with minor packaging damage

  • In very rare cases, items without original packaging

These conditions are usually the result of packaging damage during transportation. While the product itself may be fully functional and authentic, the packaging may not be in perfect condition.

For these reasons, all Outlet items are non-returnable.
By purchasing an Outlet item, the customer explicitly agrees to buy the product in its disclosed condition and waives any claims related to packaging or visual imperfections.

 


Important Notice

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to Exquisite’s cancellation, return, and refund policy. Claims based on the assertion that this information was unknown to the customer will not be accepted.

 


 

 

Cancellations & Shipping Fees – International Orders

 


All international orders are prepared and shipped from Georgia. Each order is dispatched according to the next available flight or transit schedule for the destination country.


 


Cancellation Before Shipment

 


Customers may request to edit or cancel their order before it has been shipped.


If the order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation is possible and a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.


 

Once a Tracking Number Is Issued

 


Once the parcel has been processed, handed over to the courier, and assigned a tracking number, the order can no longer be cancelled.


At this stage, all items are already in transit, and the company is unable to refund or reverse the purchase.



Important Notice Before Purchasing

 


Because international shipping involves scheduled flights, transit times, and export handling, customers are strongly advised to review all order details carefully before completing payment.


Once the parcel is shipped and tracking is active, the order becomes final and non-refundable.


 

Refunds After Shipment

 


After dispatch, no cancellation or refund is possible, regardless of the reason.

This policy applies to all international shipments due to logistical and cross-border transport limitations.
