Georgia — Domestic Delivery Policy
Free & Standard Delivery

Delivery timeframe: 1–3 working days (most orders arrive next day)

Delivery Attempts & Courier Policy
Please note that the shipping company attempts delivery to the provided address up to two times only.
If the customer is unavailable or does not answer the courier’s call during the first delivery attempt, the courier will make a second and final attempt on the next working day.
If delivery is unsuccessful again due to unreachability or lack of response, the parcel will be returned to the courier’s service center, and the customer will be required to collect the order personally from one of the designated branches.
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, Exquisite is unable to request or arrange a third delivery attempt. For this reason, it is in the customer’s best interest to answer the courier’s phone call to ensure successful delivery. Otherwise, self-pickup from the service center will be required.
Conduct Policy & Delivery Cancellation
In the event that a customer causes a conflict with the courier during the delivery process — including, but not limited to, rude or offensive language, inappropriate behavior, or any other conduct that violates standard communication norms — the courier reserves the full right to cancel the delivery and leave the parcel at the courier company’s service center.
In such cases, the customer will be required to collect the parcel personally from the designated service center.
Exquisite cannot be held responsible for the restoration of delivery canceled due to such incidents and is unable to arrange or request a re-delivery. The responsibility for collecting the order lies entirely with the customer.
Delivery Schedule & Cut-Off Times

Monday–Friday: order by 16:30 for the best chance of next-day delivery

Saturday: order by 13:00; after this time, orders are processed on Monday

Sunday: no deliveries
Weekend orders (after Saturday 13:00) ship on Monday and arrive within 1–3 working days.
Managing Expectations
We communicate “within 1–3 working days” to maintain clarity and transparency.
Because delivery is handled by an external courier partner, next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed 100%, even though it is usually achieved.
Luxury Packaging & Same-Day Policy
Our products include luxury and ultra-luxury items, requiring careful handling and secure preparation.
For this reason, same-day delivery is not currently offered.

For gifts or time-sensitive deliveries, placing the order at least one day earlier is recommended.

International Shipping & Delivery — All Other Countries
All international orders are shipped from Tbilisi, Georgia.
Dispatch is aligned with the next available flight or transit route for the destination country.
We currently ship to Armenia, France, and the United Kingdom.

Delivery is attempted once only by the courier.

Overland parcels sent to the United Kingdom are available for pick-up only.
Delivery to the addressee is carried out at the Georgian Post LTD agent office.
The delivery period for overland parcels begins on the first Monday after the parcel is handed over to Georgian Post LTD.

Delivery time varies based on airline schedules and customs processing.

Shipping fees depend on the destination country and order value.
All charges are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
Tracking & Dispatch
Every international order receives a tracking number once dispatched.
Once the parcel is shipped and tracking is active, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
