Order Dispatch

Orders placed before 16:30, Monday through Friday, are handed over to FedEx on the same day.

Orders placed after 16:30 are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered on the next business day after dispatch.

Orders placed before 16:30 on Friday are generally delivered on Monday.

Orders placed after 16:30 on Friday or during the weekend are handed over to FedEx on Monday, with expected delivery on Tuesday.

Delivery Fees

Free delivery on orders from 170 GEL. Orders below 170 GEL incur a 15 GEL fee.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are sent by SMS and email after your order is handed over to FedEx.

Electronic Documentation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and Packaging Slip by email, including product names and quantities.

Personalized Packaging Slip

Your order also includes a printed, individually prepared Packaging Slip containing product identification details, including Batch Codes and Barcodes where available.
