Originally created in 1853 for the wedding of Empress Eugénie and Napoleon III, the iconic Flacon aux Abeilles is reimagined in a majestic one-liter edition featuring a deep black gradient lacquer handcrafted by Pochet du Courval. Draped in a luminous cascade of pearls inspired by Eastern traditions — where pearls symbolize purity and refinement — the bottle is adorned by the master artisans of Les Ateliers Vermont, one of Paris’ most prestigious embroidery houses since 1956.

Every pearl, crystal, thread, and detail is meticulously hand-applied using rare couture embroidery techniques traditionally reserved for Haute Couture maisons. The sculptural decoration embraces the glass like jewelry, creating an interplay of shadow, light, and nacreous reflections around Guerlain’s legendary Bee Bottle silhouette.
