Delivery Schedule
Deliveries take place Monday through Friday.
Orders placed by 4:30 p.m. on Friday are delivered on Monday.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive FedEx tracking information.

Packaging
Every order is carefully packed in Exquisite signature packaging, including white branded wrapping paper.
Standard packaging includes a medium or large brown bag, or a small black bag, depending on the size of the purchased item.
For bulky or high-value orders, customers automatically receive a large white Exquisite bag, usually priced at 50₾.
Additional packaging requests can be left in the cart or shared with our team after placing the order.
Invoice
An invoice-style receipt is included with every order. It contains order details without prices and is formatted similarly to a receipt.
